  • Bilateral Base: for clinical records and session notes
  • Stripe: for payment processing
  • Zoom / Google Meet: for online sessions
  • Microsoft 365 / OneDrive: for email and file storage

We take appropriate measures to ensure data is encrypted, access-controlled, and regularly reviewed for security.

Data Retention

  • Client records: retained for 7 years after therapy ends (or until age 25 if under 18)
  • Initial enquiries (non-clients): deleted after 3 months
  • Supervision notes: retained for 7 years post-relationship

We do not share your data with third parties unless:

  • Required by law
  • You have given explicit consent
  • It is necessary for safeguarding or other vital interests

We conduct due diligence on all third-party services to ensure GDPR compliance.
